This notice regards the management of information collected by The McCalmon Group, as licensor of the web site ("Site") and the licensee sponsor ("Sponsor") (the organization whose name or logo is used to promote the Site or to whom you have some form of affiliation or who promoted the Site to you) from usage of the Site. Information received and utilized depends primarily upon user activity when visiting the Site. This notice does not pertain to information collected by McCalmon Group or the Sponsor in ways or methods outside of the use of the Site. TYPES OF USERSThere are two types of users of the Site. Subscribers are users who have successfully registered onto the Site, are approved by McCalmon Group or the Sponsor to use the site and are provided a valid username and password. Non-subscribers are users who have not registered onto the Site. Non-subscribers may only visit the public pages of the Site. THE INFORMATION COLLECTEDThe Site does not automatically collect personally identifiable information from each non-subscriber or subscriber that visits the public access pages of the Site. It does, however, recognize the home server of non-subscribers, but not email addresses. The Site does track the number of visits. McCalmon Group does compile statistics on the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Site. These statistics are used to improve the Site and provide information to the Sponsor regarding usage of the licensed Site. These statistics are general in nature and do not provide specific information about users. More specific information is collected from Subscribers including email addresses and other information for identification and communication purposes. Email addresses are used to provide information to Subscribers about the Site including new content posted onto the Site. This specific information allows us to assist with customer service and technical support issues or to follow up after a visit to the Site. We also collect information on specific organizations and personal data of individual users. Information about specific organizations is provided to a Sponsor to determine usage by that organization. Additionally, an organization or employer who is utilizing the Site may view personal data submitted by individual users as well as their usage including, but not limited to, usage of the online training services and how well the user performed. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTEDMcCalmon Group shares personal data collected from you with sponsors, subscribing organizations, agents and contractors who may use the data in connection with their relationship with McCalmon Group, the Sponsor or the workplace. McCalmon Group does not sell or provide specific information about an organization or personal data of an individualized user to any third party for any marketing purpose. PUBLIC FORUMSSome Site users may make use of suggestion boxes, calendars, polls and other public forum information. Any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and users are admonished to exercise caution when using such functions and features. COOKIESCookies are small bits of text that can be placed by the web servers that maintain the Site into a file on your computer. When you register onto the Site, we may use cookies to save your preferences and login information so that the information does not have to be re-entered each time the Site is visited. If services or products are purchased on the Site, then cookies are used to assist in that function such as keeping track of shopping cart information and its content as utilized by the Site.
